Modules are supposed to provide a Help text page per the HELP standards for Core and Contrib, but there is none for the Google Analytics module.

This patch implements hook_help.

I figure some help is better than none ... at least this gets the discussion started about what exactly it should say.

@dbt102, Thanks for the patch, Help text is correctly updated but as per standard, there is a need to enclosed the tags properly.
Please Check the enclosed tags again.
