Node type settings have been added, but the migration is not yet implemented. Maybe some code can be taken over from node module. menu_ui has no migration and I have not found the a migration from D6/D7 to D8.

Postponing this one as we've not yet stabilised the config schema/Api. Will reopen it again once the d8 beta is out.
