Is it possible to make Drupal Forum into a block or view, if so how, I can't seem to figure it out.

The short answer is ... yes.

the long answer depends on the details you've not provided. ie: the whole forum? a list of the forums? certain posts based on a certain criteria within a specific form? ... please elaborate.
