Would somebody please help me find the body text to nodes in my database? I understand it will be in field_data_body table.... i just don't know where to go from there.

perform a search on that table using the text as a keyword to locate the row that includes the text.

You can also export into a file and search if you'd prefer.

I hover over the table and it says no rows... guess i deleted..somehow....

..... or the wasn't ever in that table. The field you mentioned is the default body field. if you've generate a new body field, then your content would be in the table that corresponds with that fields machine name. check your fields machine name.
