assuming something isn't already available in contrib: if you can code, you will need to write a module. If you can't code you will need to hire someone to write the module.

and i am not able to understand what you said?

If you are coding your own drupal module , I suggest starting a thread in the module development & code services forum and showing your code so others can help. If you aren't willing to share your code so others can help, then it is likely you will be on your own. If you cannot write the module are willing to pay for developer's time please generate a post in paid services forum
