If you have a particularly long block in the sidebar (such as menu) as well as a particularly long page that you're on, you can end up with a "double-scrollbar" on the right-hand side; one from the browser and one from the sidebar.

Additionally, you can end up with a horizontal scrollbar in certain instances, if the content of the sidebar is particularly wide (e.g. menu blocks)

We should explore solutions to this issue.

If the off-canvas tray is refactored to use Backbone and drupal displace this should not be an issue.
