You'll need to provide more information than that, with a series of steps to follow in order to reproduce the problem starting on a fresh Drupal install with just Classified Ads installed.

Status changes:

  • unassigning you: on drupal.org, assigning someone to a task means that person is working on debugging and providing a fix for an issue, while you appear to be asking a question for someone to answer
  • bug -> support request, since this does not appear in the test results or on a standard installation : might be subject to change if you provide a scenario to reproduce the problem
  • active -> maintainer needs info to acknowledge the issue has been examined and you now need to provide more information
