Some ideas to manage a workers research

Hi,
I would like to help for free an association of jobless to manage their own internal jobs selection.

They'd like to have a history of each candidate based on his interaction with the association (the should know to how may formation event the candidate had participate, and with which score) that apply to a job place.

To reach this goal, I thought to create a contact form to allow the user (and only registered user) to apply for a job
(it's not clear to me how to insert,in a new content type called job, a link to a form , that recall the number of the offer)

I create also a new content type formation (that display available seat for the formation event) and Training_judgment that allows to express the judgment about formation (so it should recall, from the contact form to apply, all accepted user).

As last step, an page of view in which recall information from all Training_judgment an user participate.
