Uncked the Required this Relationship, Still showing only Nodes with relation in Views 3

My Problem in the view and entity reference. As I created the views for displaying the List of Students and Their fees paid status and details.
I only received the list of students who have paid the fees. However, my need to display both the students and also filter list as needed.
Content type and fields:

• Set Class:fields-Roll No (Nodetitle),Enrolment No, Class, Roll No,Batch
• Fees 2: Receipt No (Node Title) Enrolment No (Entity refernce field), Name, Date, Amount Paid
