I have installed marinelli and it is not show the rounded corners on the tabs like usual. Any idea why?

First thing I'd look at is the CSS.

I can't find anything is the CSS about rounded corners which I beleive should be there. However I am unsure what I need to add.

I'd inspect the element on a working site. Then inspect the exact same element on a non-working site and note any differences in the CSS being utilized.

I don't have any working version. I just installed directly from the theme download. So I don't have any to compare.

Perhaps the Sweaver moduel will help as it allows you to inspect and change your CSS right on the page.

"like usual" indicated other sites. I'd inspect the demo linked to the project page. Assuming that rounded corners on tabs hasn't been removed from the theme. If it has you can write your own CSS to round them. Plenty of tutorials that can be found with google. However, if CSS is no your strong suit then I suggest sharpening those skills.
