When I go to the section admin/structure/messages/manage/oa_create, I can't access the differents types of message text, can't see the content, can't edit anything (see printscreen #1). I have a 2.65 version installed right now, the problem has always be ongoing as far as I know. We have a translated site installed, in french.
On a fresh install, I don't have that problem (see printscreen #2). The only difference I see is the fact that my message is localized in French, whereas it's "undefined language" on the fresh install.
I tried to "unfrench" my site, just to see if it works, so far without success.
Has this happen to someelse? Is there a way around that?

Did you read the documentation about localization? Especially the part:

To translate Messages first go to admin/config/system/message/text-copy and copy the text fields from "Language none" to your new language. Then translate each message at admin/structure/messages.
