When adding this question type to a quiz the background image does not display when editing the question all the time and does not display when viewing the question most of the time.

Any ideas? This is a cool question type.

Sorry I don't use this question type at all so I won't be able to debug it. Since you said "most of the time" it's probably an issue with the way the JS loads so try disabling any custom JS or testing it on a plain d7 install.

yeah figured. I just won't use it for now. hoping to move to quiz 5 as soon as h5p support is improved.
