view related content with taxonomy term as bridge between them

i am sorry if this is a replica, but i didn't found anything about my question.
i made a node content locations which has few fields and one existing field taxonomy term. the taxonomy term is also related to bibliography node content.
i would like to make a location page where i can see all taxonomy terms and for each of those all related bibliography contents.
eg
New york
tags: city, modern art
citation bibliography (get by tags) : ciccio, all about net museum. 1998.etc etc
i use view 3 and drupal 7

i don't understand how. could you help me please?
