If you have a node using the Media widget that is currently referencing a file, and you go to admin/content/file and deleted that file, when you re-edit that node, the widget is really wonky.

I was easily able to reproduce this issue and the simple patch in #3 to media.fields.inc fixes the wonky behavior.
