Hi
Could anyone possibly help me. I am totally confused - nothing unusual there!!
Anyway, this is the problem :
I have added a new term to the root of my taxonomy directory, it shows up in my taxonomy list, but not in my directory view.
If I add it as a child it appears in my view!
All other Parent terms appear ok. I haven't dabbled with taxonomy for ages and just wondered if I was missing something so simple.
Hope you can help me.
Thanks a million.
Pam

Taxonomy hidden terms
I just wanted to give an update on my 'Taxonomy - adding new term'. I have worked it out.
In my case, if I added just one term, called say, 'Shopping' in the root, the term did not show in my view. However, when I added a new term, 'Greengrocers', under 'Relations', I clicked 'Shopping' as the Parent term, both 'Shopping and Greengrocers appeared in my business directory view.
So, I needed to add a term UNDER the Parent term in order for the Parent term to appear (if that makes sense). I can only say that this worked for me. There is probably a way to have just the Parent term appear, but I haven't worked that one out ... yet!
