The "Add group" link does not show up in the Tools menu when using Group v8.x. I ensured all roles have the permission to create a group, however the link still does not appear. In order to create a group, the user has to manually go to the correct URL, /group/add/, in order to create the group. I compared this to Group v7.x in D7, and the "Add group" link does appear in the Navigation menu.

Hmm, I hadn't even considered adding it to that menu. Good catch :) This can definitely be fixed!
