taxonomy term picked up from term's first page only

Hi,
I found out that a view with argument: taxonomy term ID from url (load filter from term page), picks up the term argument only when displaying the view on first term's page. If there are more nodes assigned to tthis term resulting in pager, the term argument is not picked up the on next pages.

Is this a bug or am I missing some settings only? Thank you.
