Repeatable: Always

Steps to repeat:
1. Navigate to the Bootstrap Clean Blog theme settings page
2. Upload an image in the Override Global Settings > Logo image settings section
3. Save configuration

Expected Results:
The custom image is used as a replacement for the default home-bg.jpg image provided by the theme

Actual Results:
The custom image is not used by the theme, instead the default home-bg.jpg image is still being used
