[FEATURE] Improve multilingual support

Problem/Motivation

We want to be able to serve multilingual APIs so we can build multilingual advanced interfaces.

Proposed resolution

Serve different versions of the entity for different languages, after language negotiation has happened. One request is limited to one single language.
