Remove @file tag docblock from files that contain a namespaced class/interface/trait, whose file name is the class name with a .php extension [#2766749]

As per coding standard documentation at 'https://www.drupal.org/coding-standards/docs', @file tag docblock should not be there in the files that contain a namespaced class/interface/trait, whose file name is the class name with a .php extension.

Good catch! Not sure when that exception was created and I don't recall coder flagging when I last worked on it, but I've confirmed that's the standard, patched and given credit. Thank you!
