Problem/Motivation

The comments added to default.settings.php in bc60c92 (released in D7.50) regarding multibyte UTF-8 support are missing an asterisk. https://www.drupal.org/node/1354#general state that "Docblocks normally have * at the beginning of each line".

Proposed resolution

Add the missing asterisk at line 158 of sites/default/default.settings.php which reads "5.5.3 and up, as well as mysqlnd 5.0.9 and up).". While changes to this file normally get mentioned in core release notes, something this minor might not warrant such a mention.
