Alright, so my question here is totally a support question.

Do you have any good ideas for how to call advagg functions to generate a copy of the aggregated JS and/or CSS?

Here's what I'm trying to do (properly include JS/CSS in KSS styleguide in a lightweight fashion): https://www.drupal.org/node/2766499

The aggregated CSS/JS usually differ per section of the site; change the URL odds are the css and js files used will change.
