Drupal 7.5 error trying to load content module.

uc_product_uc_store_status() first line of code is: module_load_include('inc', 'content', 'includes/content.crud');
There is no content module in Drupal 7.
Now 7.5 throws a warning as the module doesn't exist.
There is another call to load the file as well can't recall where.
