Drupal 8 Version of No Current Password

I have ported the No current password module into a drupal 8 module.
I made a Drupal 8 Contrib Porting Tracker issue about that:

If it is possible, i would like to be the maintainer of the drupal 8 version of this module.

Note: The drupal 8 version of this module doesn't hide the Current password field, if the edited user is the main administrator (uid=1). I think this is needed for security reason.

I tested this module and it works fine for me. I use it on more sites, so I think it is ready.
