seriously oops, my website has been hacked, all the files are gone, database still there.

sounds more like a security issue with the server. I'd check with the host to try and determine how the site was accessed to the point of deleting files.
Otherwise, download core and your modules again and reupload. You will have to generate a new settings.php file. If you've taken regular backups, use one of those. That said, you will need to figure out how the files were deleted. Else they are likely to be deleted again.

Thank you so much for the response, site is definitely gone, all files except sql database. Lucky it was a stagnant site, got the images and text back from waybackmachine.
some page appeared with 'FSociety was here' with music starting to play.
I've had to delete the whole account to secure the rest of my server. Now I will know to backup my servers to my computer in future.
