Suppress "replace token" messages when Email Registration module involved

I'd like to use Real Name module together with Email Registration, which allows to use user e-mail instead of username for login. Unfortunately, the Replace the token [user:name] with [user:name-raw] in e-mail template, if using username for login. message is persisting on the status page, so would be nice if this module allowed using email token as login and not be so invasive.
