Hello. I create a few flags on the comment entity. Then, I use them. But when I reload the page marked is only the last flag is used, the others are shown as not marked. However, the database information stored on these flags.

I'm having the same issues.
In practice, this means a user can not effectively set two flags for a comment. it's impossible to "Bookmark" and "Like" a comment at the same time.

I'm able to reproduce this, though the problem is nothing to do with the action of flagging, but purely with the displaying of a comment with two flags on it.

Here's a patch. Please test!

It works, but I had to change path in your patch file, it threw an error: can't find file to patch at input line 5.

Thanks!

(Did you use patch -p1? The patch applies fine for me.)
