Do not show on Overlay using form_state['redirect'] [#2764285]

Hi i'm developing a custom module and i need to open a Form in overlay mode on submit some other Form .
I'm using Overlay Path that works perfectly when I reference a page from a link, but when i use form_state['redirect'] it doesn't work.

Is any way to perform this behavior? (For non admin users)
