I want to first say a BIG thank you for the green responsive theme. It is awesome and beautiful. For some reason my menu does not show when I reside my browser or view my site on a mobile device as shown in the attached screenshot or you can view it at the link below - http://ksdaa.org

It seems you have modified theme by your own way.

I also noticed that you have added custom CSS file, http://ksdaa.org/sites/all/themes/responsive_green/css/local.css

Original theme is working fine with Mobile-menu.
