Upgrade your drupal version to 7.50.
Execute in the console:
drush updatedb-status
You will see the error message:

Linkit_node and linkit_file is separate modules that hasn't been around since the Drupal 6 version of Linkit and I doubt that this has something to do with the current stable Drupal 7 version of Linkit.
