Hi malcomio,

As per Bootstrap Tour , I have tried to add tour delay via configurable form, but somehow that is not working properly I think.

So here someone geek in Drupal can help out.

Here is the patch with changes I did.

Seems like delay is an option introduced in a more recent version of bootstrap tour than the one used in the module - will need to update it.

In the latest commit on the dev branch I've set this up so a global delay time can be configured, but it would be nice to be able to set it per tour, as in the `delay` option on http://bootstraptour.com/api/
