Multilanguage taxonomy Translate. Undefined index: href 2070 line menu.inc [#2761445]

Hello,
I have multilanguage site and vocobulary have next settings: Translate. Different terms will be allowed for each language and they can be translated. (screen 1)

And after edit term not default language, I got error: Notice: Undefined index: href in menu_local_tasks() (line 2070 of ***/includes/menu.inc).

After save this term, he stay parent term, conservation was child.
For example: term name 'بطاقات جوجل بلاي' (screen 2)
