The Vietnam Group seems to have been taken over by this kind of spam, alas. Not sure what the proper response is (I tried to revive the group some time ago, but do not currently know anyone in Vietnam with interest-- though I'll ask around).

I've removed the spam you linked to. Not sure about the other stuff as my vietnamese is a bit rusty. ;)

I'Ve also made you a group admin to give you advanced rights. You could change the Group to moderated so that new user need to be approved.
