Good day! Very major trouble, in out intranet 5000 users, and sometimes woman got married =) after this - change name and login
Our Active Directory admins, not create new user, his just rename exist user to new name.

=> when woman try login to site, ldap module try create new user, because new login, and begin conflict with old login (email conflict)

whether it is possible that all around this conflict, ie, to a unique setting for taking account of SID, e.g. when the account was renamed in Active directory - Drupal understand it not as a new user -> like just updated user date and synchronize new data with a exist user in drupal

Have a look into the authmap table. You should be able to fix the mapping there by hand.

So, I'm not sure what your last comment implies. Do you have no access to the database at all or just right now? Currently there is no solution for your problem through the UI but a small helper module or directly editing the database should do the trick.
