Provide basic Views integration for db table {pathauto_state} [#2757787]

Views integration of the db table {pathauto_state} is useful for admin reporting to see nodes set to manual or auto url alias.

The attached patch adds views integration with joins to other base tables and exposes only the pathauto status field.
