The new 3.6 release for hostmaster distro is also stuck... but a few modules went fine just now ... provision, hosting and eldir

I re-saved the release node for Group and Hostmaster and that has updated the release table - but leaving this open for the moment to remind us to find a general fix.

Thanks for that!

Thanks...

I see though that it also affected the following three projects:
https://www.drupal.org/project/hosting
https://www.drupal.org/project/eldir
https://www.drupal.org/project/provision

I re-saved the release nodes which fixed them.

So I assume other projects are also affected.

Title: Release table not updating » Update release table immediately on packaging
Project: Drupal.org infrastructure » Project
Version: » 7.x-2.x-dev
Component: Packaging » Releases
Assigned: Unassigned » drumm
Category: Support request » Task

The download table is currently updated in a shutdown function. That's good for users saving releases, their request goes through quickly, and it is updated by the time a human can browse to the project page. For packaging via drush, the end of the request can be delayed by quite a few minutes, or not happen if something goes badly. When packaging, the download table should be updated right away.

This has been deployed on Drupal.org and I cleared the download table cache for all projects.
