Biblio author information is not included when using the Deploy module to push Biblio content to another site

When I try to push Biblio content from one site (Site A) to another site (Site B) using the Deploy module, the Biblio author information does not appear on Site B.

The other fields, including keywords, seem to appear on Site B just fine. All of the fields, including the Biblio author information, remain visible on Site A.

This occurs even when I use administrator accounts in the deployment configuration, and enable all deploy, file, node, system, taxonomy_term, and taxonomy_vocabulary resources in the service configuration. Comments aren't used on Site A or Site B so comment resources aren't enabled in the service configuration.

However, this issue does not occur if the authors are already manually (via phpMyAdmin import and export functions) copied over from Site A's database to Site B's database.

Are there any resources or permissions required in order for the Biblio author information to be pushed from Site A to Site B without having to manually copy database entries?
