Support for Drupal 7 is ending on 5 January 2025—it’s time to migrate to Drupal 10! Learn about the many benefits of Drupal 10 and find migration tools in our resource center.
In the module page (and the readme.md file) the installation instructions say:
- If the Limit allowed HTML tags filter is enabled, add
<drupal-entity data-*>
to the Allowed HTML tags.
With the latest -dev release I see that as soon as you drag the button to the toolbar, this form element gets populated automatically (and the steps indicated here are not needed anymore).
Also, if this is going to be updated after #2614350: entity_embed's text filter should be enabled by default … but in which text formats? is fixed, the line just above it:
- Enable the entity-embed filter "Display embedded entities" for the desired text formats from the Text Formats configuration page.
will become obsolete as well.
