I've created a horizontal tabs group with several tabs included and they work OK for anonymous users, see:
However, when logged in, those labels are just empty:

jurgenhaasSorry, my first analysis was wrong. It doesn't matter if you're logged in or not, the difference is in browsers. The first image is from Chrom where the tab labels are visible and the second one is from Firefox, where the tab labels are empty.
