Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a content type "Test"
  2. Add some fields : Body and Theme (taxonomy reference)
  3. Enable workbench moderation on this content type
  4. Disable workbench moderation on this content type
  5. Uninstall workbench moderation
  6. All fields attached to the content type are deleted

bumping this as critical as you lost data if you uninstall workbench moderation.

Hi,
We have exactly the same error in Scheduler #2751495: Uninstalling Scheduler 8.x-1.0-alpha1 deletes all fields on content types and it might actually be a core bug.
