Notice: Undefined index: #title in Drupal\clientside_validation\Plugin\CvValidator\MaxLength->getRules() (line 40 of /clientside_validation/src/Plugin/CvValidator/MaxLength.php). [#2750007]

The "MaxLength" validator sets a message using the element's title, but sometimes it's not set. Here's a patch.
