When installing with Spanish .po file, the installation process dies with this error:
SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'openatrium.languages' doesn't exist

Be sure you are not trying to use the Quick Install for different languages. You need to use the full/slow install for that. Even then there isn't a lot of support for multiple languages in the installer. Using Atrium with non-English requires additional modules and isn't "out of the box".
