Extend Annotations Functionality for Videojs HTML5 Player

Issue Summary:

Current Annotation Module does not support videojs html5 player annotations. This module only allows text annotations support.

Extend Functionality Request

Can we extend this module build by using open video annotator project plugin for videojs html5 player annotations.
