D8 Field validation roadmap

Plan for a stable version：
1，basic token support
2，condition support（Using core condition system）
3，Coding standards fixed
4，More tests.

This version will be long time support.

After that:
A new devel version will be created. A big change will be using the core's constraint system directly. When I wrote this module's first workable version, there was a bug in drupal core, I could not apply core's constraint by config, it was fixed since Drupal core's Drupal 8.3.x.

Almost all function in D7 version is ported to D8.x.

D8 Field validation will have a stable version in a week.
