During the cleanup phase of installation, I am obtaining the following error. This is a fresh installation on a machine. I am a beginner with Linux and Drupal so any help is appreciated.

what do you mean 'clean up phase of installation' ?
The unknown data property error is from organic groups which indicates you are further along than a fresh installation of Drupal core. With that in mind please edit your post and move it to the 'post installation' forum. Thank you.
