It would be great if geshifilter will give a hint after download per drush.

Something like "You need to clone the GESHI librarie from github to your liberies Folder by using git clone https://github.com/GeSHi/geshi-1.0.git"

The same message is used on web, so it can not be only for drush, and using git clone is not the best way. A better message that tell to use composer or to read the readme.txt file will be better.
