I would like to have 2 flexsliders on the same node. Different image fields. When I set this up, only one will display. They both have the same ID on the main ul

    as soon as I change one of them using chrome inspection tools to slide-2 they both work. So looks like the ID needs to be unique for each slideshow.

    Is this something that I can control somewhere?

I'm unable to reproduce this. I created two unlimited image fields on a content type. Then used FlexSlider with Default option set for both fields in Manage Display. Then uploaded images to both. When I display the page, both work and each have a different id. What steps did you take to get multiple flexsliders?
