I enabled the permission for anonymous user to :
1: Use the media browser
2: Add media from remote services
But when anonymous user click the link to node/add a video, he see the login form together. please see attached image for screen-cut

I think your active admin theme is seven where the login block is assign to system main content regions.
So there is two solutions for this.
1. Change the admin theme to site default or any other theme except seven.
2. If you still want to use Seven as your admin theme, I have created a patch that can be used.
