I'm allowing scripts up to 64MB to run via my PHP settings so I don't think its a memory issue. Anybody else having any cron problems? My cron ran successfully 6 days ago and I've been updating the Calendar module every couple of days so it would seem to be caused by a recent change.

Probably an issue with Feed API actually. It uses the Date module but only Date 1.0. It was actually finishing the Calendar_ical portion of the cron job then crashing during feed api's stuff.
