Hi, We need visitors that have a valid authenticated session into another system based on the LDAP directory, to be authenticated with a certain role on Drupal, to view certain content types. We don't need to manage these users on the Drupal side, hence we're wondering if we could manage NOT to create those users in Drupal.
Any guidance? Thanks!

grahlHi
That will not be possible. Drupal needs these local users. You are, however, free to not enable ldap_user and not sync any data except what you need for authorization.
